Ovrkast - “Cut Up” Dir. Lonewolf | shot at 3319 Marché

"Kast Got Wings" is the latest addition to the discography of Ovrkast, a renowned rapper and producer hailing from East Oakland. The tape features bumping standalone singles like “Cut Up” and “Bippers Joint,” all produced by Grammy Award-winning producer Cardo Got Wings.

The launch event back home in Oakland at 3319 Marché was unintentionally Ovrkast’s own Kendrick Lamar "Not Like Us" moment—a moment captured where Ovrkast stood strong and tall with the entire city, culture, and community behind him. The video was shot and directed by Zac Matias (stage name Lonewolf), an acclaimed director who’s worked with artists from Lucki to Brent Faiyaz. Lonewolf precisely captured the energy and atmosphere from that night, creating a piece of video media that was authentically Oakland, Ovrkast, and 3319 Marché all in one.
